IE Business School MBA programmes are ranked 16th worldwide and 5th in Europe by the Economist Intelligence Unit
Madrid, October, 2006. IE Business School MBA programmes are positioned 16th worldwide and 5th in Europe in the annual ranking published today by the Economist Intelligence Unit.
The report also places IE 5th in the world in terms of its capacity to open new opportunities for the professional development of its MBA graduates.
These opportunities are derived from the fact that the school works closely with an extensive network of recruiters from a broad range of sectors. Moreover, IE's Careers Management Centre services include personalised assessment for all students and graduates to help them map their career paths.
This year over 20,000 graduates from business schools across the world took part in the EIU survey, which is based on criteria like the academic quality of the programme, subsequent professional progress, increase in salaries, and the effectiveness of networks.
